🌟 CAP Gives Back
- NHS Clothing Drive: Support those in need by donating to our drive—last day is Monday, December 9th. Thank you for making a difference!
- Our National Honor Society students raised $331 for Breakthrough T1D, showing how compassion and action can lead to meaningful change.
- Bruins Give Back Community Service Club launched the ‘Bruins HOPE’ initiative, providing essentials to youth experiencing homelessness—a real-life application of empathy and service.
📚 Hands-On Learning
- Environmental Science Students explored ecological restoration at Courtesy Stables, caring for native plants and horses while learning about sustainability.
- 11th and 12th Graders participated in the Minorities in Health Care Symposium, gaining insights into healthcare careers through engaging discussions and activities.
- FAFSATHON 2024 is here! Join us on Tuesday, December 10th to take the next step toward college readiness with the help of our counselors. 🎓💰
⚽ Athletic Excellence
- All-Star Soccer Game: CAP athletes Aniyah, Brianny, Derrick, and Darren demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork, leading the girls’ team to a 6-0 victory.
- Attendance Fun Fair: Celebrating the dedication of K-8 students with perfect attendance through games and prizes that emphasize the value of showing up every day.
🎄 Holiday Spirit
- CAP students performed at the holiday tree lighting at City Hall, spreading cheer and showcasing their musical talents alongside the Philadelphia Police Department.
💛 Building Connections
- Kindergarteners embraced the spirit of community during Friendsgiving, creating cherished memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
